As per the email below, stating you are increasing my direct debit from £14 to £1,768, please be aware that I have now cancelled my direct-debit with the bank.

Your ineptitude over the last 3+ years regarding this problem has been amusing, but now I’m losing my patience.

Get this sorted out properly NOW. We’ve sent photos, meter readings, and all sorts 3 times already. You sent someone out. THey know what the issue is, we know what the issue is.

It’s as if you listen to us, realise what’s going on, and then delete everything you’ve learnt from your system. And then we go through everything again.

Ofgem, my local MP, and the tabloids would LOVE to cover a story how about how a company that was at fault, and knew it was at fault for over 3 years, and didn’t do anything about it, then tried to change someones direct-debit from £10 to £1,768 a month.

Sort this out now, and I expect compensation for the constant aggrivation and now haressment. And this affects 4 of the flats here, not just mine.

If I don’t hear anything positive within the next week, I WILL be taking my case-notes to my MP and to OFGEM. And yes, I have a complete history of events detailed precisely, but you know this, as you’ve been sent a copy at least two times already.

We’re getting in touch because we need to increase your monthly energy Direct Debit payment from £14 to £1,768.

It’s because your current monthly payment won’t cover your predicted energy costs. And we want to make sure you’re not left with a larger payment by the end of winter, or the end of your contract if you’re on a fixed plan.
